L&L is hosted at a different location for each event. It gives attendees the opportunity to explore Buffalo's most interesting food and drink scenes while walking away with new ideas...and maybe newfound inspiration.

Guest Speaking?
Our Guest Speakers are chosen based on their expertise. They provide real-world examples of their research and or professional results such as articles, case studies, research results, lived experiences, data, etc. to show us why they are the best person to lead specific conversations right now.
We request these details from our Guest Speakers to safeguard the integrity of the series and ensure every speaker is positioned as a true authority in front of our audience.
